APPLE IPAD REVIEWS
Why you should not
buy the Apple Ipad?
Did you hear
about Apple Ipad? What is Ipad? It’s a brand new gadget Apple has
release on the market.
It will be usable to
browse the net, check personal electronic mail, and of course to
watch your preferred video clips and photos.
The iPad buzz is growing more
and more in the same way that iPod and iPhone start it. The iPad
should be working approximately similar to a laptop while it is
designed like the iPhone nevertheless it's on a different
level.
The Apple Ipad is pretty light
and thinner than a laptop or even the notebook and if you compare
it to a notebook, the iPad has a thickness of about 0.5 inches and
weighs approximately 1.5 pound. Ipad comes with IPS technology and
has a 9.7 inch backlit screen to exhibit
purposes.
The gadget has an A4 inbuilt
1GHz apple processor, which has the greatest level in graphics.
iPad app reviews obviously shows how advance the technology
developed in creating the iPad is.
Will you get
yours?
To get your own Ipad you should
spend $499 or more. Before you order you’ll gain to know what the
iPad does or evenly does not, and how good (if it is?) it really
is. Let's dive in to see what it really brings on the table.

General aspects
The external design is
beautiful with aluminum back. But the The iPad is heavier than you
could expect: at 1.5lbs to 1.6lbs (3G). You’ll never be able to
hold it firmly more than 30 minutes.
However the display is
excellent with a resolution of 1024x768. The whole thing looks
sharp and colorful with very nice contrast and
colors.
The user interface is so easy
and there is no learning curve if you have already used an iPhone
or an iPod touch.
Let’s see the
features
Books and
News
IBook,
the user interface of the Apple
book reader, is simple and readable. Amazon has done an excellent
work of making its Kindle app, Kindle for iPad, accessible
on numerous platforms. Consequently on the iPad, you can buy a book
from Amazon and bypass absolutely Apple. You can as well take
notes, if you mind.
On IPad the Marvel comics look
fantastic and the colors are particularly nice, you’ll never go for
black and white.
Many publishers such as
USA Today,
BBC,
Wall Street
Journal or
Bloomberg become excited with the arrival of the iPad
and they have already dedicated applications to access their
content.
Music Video and
Gaming
Music playback principally
works well but there is not any difference, except for the user
interface, from the iPhone version. Watching movies is enjoyable
enough on Netflix even though effects are not as sharp as they
could be.
However movie trailers came out
looking smooth and sharp, much better on YouTube. Latest 3D games do
look huge on the iPad and this could be only the test
session.
BatteryLife
This one of the most satisfied
element. The Ipad battery life is excellent and the processor
consumes very little power. You have more than 10 hours for local
storage and streaming videos (Netflix), much more for reading a
Book (11-12hrs) and don’t talk about playing
music.
But
the battery is not user
replaceable. It might lose its charge capacities or just die (after
a while). In the last case you’ll need $105.95 for battery
replacement.
The Pros and the
cons
Undoubtedly the
iPad is great for many things particularly if you have interest for
web browsing, for email, to browse your Netflix account or
watching streaming video or
again for reading news, books and comics. This last one is truly
tremendous and so much better than reading paper. Some news apps
are faster than getting to the website. The Ipad is also great for
maps, watching photo and videos and satisfy wholly many other
needs.
However don’t think that the
gadget is perfect. There are many things that Ipad users will
normally complaint about. How will you be able to accept totally
Ipad without camera, USB ports, no multitasking (background
execution) for third party applications? Oh yeah, you won’t be able
to get some sort of notification if someone sends you an Instant
Message (IM). Anyway right now it is not
possible.
The virtual keyboard is not as
productive as you’ve expected. There is no widescreen and you can't
create a list of apps or files to buy and download and even
more…
Bottom
Line
I
would say that Ipad is a very good device, but I don’t think it is useful for
everyone. It is an entertainment gadget that could make your
computing life better if you come across the right apps. You will
find a lot of great qualities: it’s pretty, responsive, has tons of
apps, great display and excellent battery life...
Hey, hey, it also costs $499
and this is not surely pocket change. If you have enough money to
get it and if your usage model is well-suited with its design, than
the iPad is a great device.
We all make out the utility of
the Ipad device differently depending on our lifestyle.
Huge consumers of computing, usual users of ultra mobile solutions
and high-end smartphone or netbook users will struggle to encounter
a durable interest and concrete relevance in iPad. However, for
casual users who would like a fast and easy access to entertaining
games, an online journal or a mailbox will be
enchanted.
